IA/MN/WI | No way you should have used 9oz of NutriCharge with that CEC, 3.2oz would have been MORE than enough. I agree that the nutricharge guys are solid and the product concept is sound. But they also have no clue how to implement use rates based on soil types.
I was just in a meeting with Rob this week and told him exactly that.
As for why you didn't see a positive response. I'd think your rate was way excessive and you caused a problem with nutrient availability, mainly because your soil test nutrient levels are marginal at best. I think your soil isn't functioning half as well as you think it is. If you aren't effectively cycling P already then NutriCharge is more likely going to hurt rather than help. | |
