Humboldt IA | I'm about 3 years into having an iPhone after being Android forever. I came from a Samsung A51, which was a cheaper phone. It was getting to be 3+ years old and it was kinda glitchy so it was time to upgrade to something anyways. Started with an iPhone 13 and it was "glitchy" like the old A51 so after a year upgraded to a 15 and it's the same. What do I mean by glitchy? I feel like the iPhones take way too hard of a screen touch to make anything happen. And sometimes it takes 2-3-4 screen touches for it to register. I don't like how Sarafri works...and I don't like how Chrome works on the iPhone, either. I like the old A51/Android where you could swipe down from the top and then all of your settings were there. iPhone takes multiple swipes to get to settings. It seems like it takes more steps on the iPhone to do anything with settings. The calculator app on the iPhone lacked so many features but its getting better (like they finally added a "backspace" button so you could delete a number(s) that you had entered wrong). Seems like iPhones have lots of "secret handshakes" too....like if you swipe down from the upper left of the screen, nothing happens. But if you swipe down from the upper right, you get to a few of your settings (airplane mode, wifi on/off, more commonly used things).
After having one for 3+ years, I can't believe they are the market share leader for how mediocre they are. iPhones might be good toys but they are not good tools, in my opinion.
ETA: I'm 43 years old so maybe I've hit that point where I'm too old to change?
