High Springs, Florida

A Stelo CGM is a very useful tool. Personally, I have found that seemingly innocent looking foods can cause big spikes in glucose. Like two large crackers, breaded fish sticks. The devil is in the details. Now, I eat zero fast food, and pretty much stay out of restaurants, period. I try and prepare all of our own food, and stay away from frozen pre-prepared stuff. Buy from the meat counter, and add your own seasonings, etc. First and foremost READ THE LABELS!!!!
