| Making your own pizza is a bit of work, but well worth it IMHO. If you're in an area where you can't just pick up the phone and get a good one delivered, and if you're like me and short cuts just don't make pizza, then attached is a good, simple recipe for crust. We make the dough a few hours ahead.
We also prefer a green sauce (pesto) and make our own. Basil is easy to grow and having a bit of fresh to sprinkle on top really makes it 'pop'.
