coast of Maine | Golfnut,I often make a very low carb pizza.I use almond flour and eggs mixed for the crust.Spread it out on your stone and bake it till a bit crisp.then add sauce then beef/pork/pepperoni /cheese/tomatoes peppers etc.season the heck out of the meats.Bake it till its well done at 475 or so.You cannot eat more than two slices as it is so much food.Im talking about a lb of beef.lb of sausage or ground pork.I do some times use chicken as well,lb of shredded cheese.The thing can be 1 inch thick.I suggest pre cooking the meats a bit to ease the cooking time.I have posted pics before.if you like basil add it on in the last 5 minutes or it will be dust.Crazy good.Push buttons wife just made her first as he has started a low carb diet,,for health reasons. | |
