If your Microsoft user, they have a nice app, Microsoft lens, that has good features like finding the size of the receipt and then cropping the image. Then you can upload directly to OneDrive, or email it. pretty quick process, ive made a habit of taking the picture soon as I get the receipt so I don't end up losing it.
