Bought the truck used in fall of 2010 and trailer was a 2010 bought in early 2011.So trailer tires were probably 15 years old truck tires were deep tread when I got it but they were probably even older.

Like you not that many miles and stored inside out of the sun on concrete.

Was unexpected but will pay more attention to age of tires in the future.

Not a perfect repair job but I am satisfied with it and it looks as good as before the blowout. New aftermarket hood is available but was gonna be more to buy and have painted than truck is likely worth. I put Firestone steer tires on but more economical ones on rear of tractor and trailer as they will likely age out before wearing out.
