SW MN | Yeah, I think you are more correct than people want to believe. The elites have found a good way for us to fight amongst ourselves and blame each other/others. Have you seen that political cartoon where there is a plate of cookies, and the "elite" have most of the cookies, and the immigrant has one, and the American has another, and the caption says - "He stole your cookie" (i.e. the immigrant) while ignoring that the one person holds almost all of the cookies and we aren't questioning why they have so much, and yet our anger is directed to the one who has the crumbs like us?
If the middle class could put our collective purchasing power and minds to do better we could change the direction of this country overnight. | |
