Wouldn’t this plan just create more production(acres)in other countries? I hear the bull dozers starting up right now in South America.
Maybe the American Farmer is just too damn good at what he does-produce. Would we have a surplus of $8.00 soybeans? I don’t have a good answer, but I’m not sure I like your plan.
