With Windows 11 if you click on the Windows symbol at the bottom of the screen, then look in the bottom right corner of the box for the symbol with a circle with a mark in the top. Click on the circle symbol and the "sleep, restart. shut down and lock" menu will pop up.
Window 11 takes a while to get used to.
