Driftless SW Wisconsin

garvo - 9/7/2025 06:34 ... I do not know of anything that is more stressful then being a silage chopper driver,it seems like it really changed when we went from 8 rows to a 12 row ...

If the 12 row (30 ft ! ) head adds so much stress then why not go back to an 8 row?  That 4 rows isn't worth a heart attack. Sometimes less is more.

As we keep getting bigger and bigger and more expensive to buy, run and repair, we often fail to consider the big picture beyond the numbers.

There comes a time in life where there's more to life than just acres/hr. We need you here Gary.
