I dont know if they have home depot there . But i was pretty sure they will let you use a machine if you buy the blow in from them .
Id still foam it . It works great in Tx , ill bet it would work there .
I overcomplicate things too , a lifetime of working on things that might get someone killed . It makes a fellow that way .
