i can almost guarantee that the lower US price is after the china imposed tariff. and supposedly haven`t bought a bushel of new crop yet, but why do they even need a tariff against the US, if the ccp says "don`t buy US beans!" to their end users, they will comply or get strung up by their thumbs.
that`s who we`re dealing with. one does wonder about "unknown destinations" , paperwork does funny things in the philippine sea.
