Before you put grain it the bin this fall. Spray bin floor, around the sidewalls, and door edge with diacon igr. After it's dry, before corn is put in the bin, close all the doors and throw diatomaceous earth in the fan until you see the white powder our of the bin roof vents. Also on the first several loads of new crop corn throw a cup or two of diatomaceous earth in the auger to treat the bottom layer off corn in the bin. We swear by it. Diatomaceous earth is cheap, effective, and safe to handle.
