Id be tempted to move it in 1 bin and sprinkle some phostoxin as you fill the fill the bin. Then seal it off and wait a week, all bugs will be dead. Would be safer to treat this way and probably get a better kill. Spray the empty bins down with something that will kill the leftovers.
