Near Richmond, IN | I can't comment as my parents didn't let me buy a car until I was 20. I had the money saved up but they said no. So when I finally got to buy one (a nice brand new 1970 Mach 1 Mustang) I bought my own gas and never even asked. The only reason mom gave in then was she thought I might have to go to Viet Nam and she thought I might get my legs blown off and never even had a car! Seems funny now-I never even gave it a second thought and not having a car sure didn't bother me any. So yeh, make them buy their own gas!!! | |
