| This is one of the problems with intelleslope. I like to keep my target depth and minimum depth pretty close on mains. It is almost like in some instances Intelleslope ignores target depth. You have to learn to expect what it will do and then set things accordingly. As was mentioned above, you can just set it to your minimum grade until you reach the target depth and then reset making your minimum depth deeper. It means some extra work, but it gets the job done.
This is also one of the reasons to prerip on mains. If you go 10 inches shallower, then it is easy math to know where your final install will be. If you do not like the numbers on the prerip, then reset and redo to figure out how to get to the number you want. This will take you some time at first, but those extra prerip runs will be some of the best hands on education you will get at tweeking Intellislope. | |
