have a sister who decorates cakes,,, amazes me what some people will pay for a fancy wedding or birthday cakes,,
my sister has some cakes that she also rents out for weddings (two or three tiers) where the top cake is edible and the bottom base sections are styrofoam covered with icing (saves on costs + tearing down the actual cake at the wedding to cut up for guests)
they then have sheet cakes that are served to the guests at the reception | |
