Subject: RE: Lift for spinal decompression

S.E. Iowa
A few years ago i hurt my back bad. I went to a chiropractor and he put me on a table with a winch type deal. You put your legs up like laying on the floor with them on a chair. The harness pulls straight on your spine. My armpits were over a post on each side to keep me from sliding off from the spine stretch. The machine would cycle a pull then let off and repeat. One of them pulls did something bad and it hurt me so bad the whole office heard me scream in pain. I would caution you to get very carried away with a winch. What finally got me going was ankle weights and and a pool noodle. Being in water is probably the best way to recover from something bad. Just my experience.
