Milford, IL | My only experience with a LG appliance was not good. Bought a LG dishwasher that only survived two years - dishwashing performance was excellent but the motor/pump design was poor. The seal failed and allowed water into the upper bearing in the motor, sounded like standing next to a turbine engine at idle.
LG offered some token bullexcrement settlement but you had to use their guy and pay the service call or some crap so I bought a Bosch. Would have bought a Bosch in the first place but they were unavailable at the time.
Never again. I pulled the pump/motor apart and it was clearly designed to not last, cheap seal. | |
