South Central North Dakota | I made a jig to squeeze them together also used tire lube
This was after trying to hammer them together and ending up with wobbly wheels .Bottom plate has rods welded that poke uranp thru the wheels to align every thing . Top is a piece of 8 inch pipe with plate welded to the top, 5/8 th threaded rod thru center. Crank it down. It's worked well made the rounds in the neighborhood.
