I took one apart and then put it back together tightening bolts in 3 stages and in a star pattern for each stage. There are 8 bolts on the outside diameter and 3 on the inside diameter.
On the 8 on the outside diameter I did the following pattern:
1, 5
3, 7 (perpendicular to the first set)
2, 6
4, 8 (perpendicular to the 3rd set)
Not complete yet but I think it is truing thing up nicely. I should have established this process for my employees before they started on it.
