Subject: remove a folder question, read before you respond please

East central Iowa

I had 2 flash drives.  One was empty and I wanted to copy the contents of the 1st to the 2nd.

The first showed up as SIMMAX J:

I simply clicked on that and copied it to the 2nd SIMMAX L: drive.

All files copied, however now when you look at the L: drive all you see is a folder named SIMMAX.  Of course when you click on the folder you then see all the files and folders that were copied to the drive.  My problem is the person I'm giving this to may not click on the SIMMAX folder and find all the files.

I want to rid the drive of the SIMMAX folder without losing all the files and folders contained in it.

I just don't recall ever in 40 years of doing something like this previously.
