Subject: RE: Trimble FMX for liquid manure rate control?

We run Trimble FMXs in our manure equipment. It's a love/hate relationship but that's mostly because of service support. Would prefer to switch to Ag Leader because we have better support through them.

What we have is the FMX, rate and section control box, Field IQ box. Wired to a Krohne flow meter. It does a good job mapping application as we send as applied maps to all our customers. We also have the box(can't remember the name of it) that allows the tractors to communicate with each other as we run 3 tractors.

If you want to get it set up pretty cheap, pretty sure we have some extra parts laying around as we've acquired spares over the years. Guessing the wiring harnesses will be the hardest part as they've quit making some of them, or so we've been told.
