Nash County, NC | I had a lab. He bit several people. Every time he bit someone, it was when they come into the yard and children were playing. Never raised an eyebrow at my children.
I don’t know all the details for your situation but the dog catcher told me it wasn’t that uncommon for dogs to bite strangers when they feel there is a threat to children. That was when he come to my house after the fedex man complained.
