 North West IA/western AZ | I keep records on my Microsoft Exel spreadsheet. I was bad at making backup copies and about 18 months ago my SS hard drive died and I lost everything. I had always owned the program and never had problems. When I replaced the computer I went with Microsoft 365 so everything would back-up automatically. Now when I try to access the program I get this message. It's like I've lost everything again. Who do I need to call to get this straightened out?
