N FLA | We had my favorite dog ever, kind of a lab cross. He was always what they call anxiety aggressive. Just scared for his safety. I thought I did everything right, built a separate fenced yard, kept him 100% away from any situation that might bother him. One day we were out for a walk, my wife, daughter, and I. My daughter was small I don't remember 3 or 4 years old. She trips and kind of falls towards the dog, he bites her face. Now you've got a beautiful daughter with a scar on her face for a dog that you know is going to bite, because that's just what it does. I hated to let him go. But you soon realize you can't be there every minute to prevent every situation. | |
