There's a farm for sale a few miles from me. Set up for cattle and completely surrounded by public forest land. I'd make an appointment at the title office for the next day. I'd even pay their closing costs. Maybe get a newer used pickup and a newer SUV. Take a trip to the UK. That should do it. Really only need 3 million to be set.
