I just installed a new 16x7 door on my garage. The kit can with One Torsion spring. I thought i need two, but the clerk at Menards said no. I got evrything up and connected, but the door won't raise. I set that spring exactly how the instructions said and you can't lift it. I'm just going to call an garage door guy and have him deal with it. first I'm asking him, if I need two. Moving forward, I'm just hiring someone to do doors. I don't need the aggravation.
