Western Oregon | Daughter has one of those bacon cookers, it gets the bacon extra crispy. She has the 6 way microwave with air fry mode. Regular microwave mode with bacon cooker, gets it crisper. It is plastic so can't use in air fry mode. She also has the air fryer with the little pull out drawer. So messy cooking bacon and has to have the special cooking paper liner. We don't eat bacon anymore because it is so processed. I do smoke thin sliced pork loin, more like Canadian bacon. Son-in-law smoked pork ribs on Sunday, oh were they good....James | |
