All I know about those big bins is what my brother said he saw when he worked at the Ethanol plant. Anything bigger than 20,000 bu. and there was spoiled or damaged corn in their delivery. Didn't matter who the farmer was it always seemed to turn out that way. I have way less trouble with my 75k bins than my 25k bins as far a spoilage. I rarely have any but it seems it's always the smaller bins if I do. |
