Personally I don’t see how you build a bin for significantly more bushels than you expect to grow right now. That extra space costs now, has interest, taxes insurance. And you won’t get any benefit of the extra space unless it’s filled…. Unless the cost is way less per bushel for a 140k vs a 60k bin, build what you can fill
