Western-Central Lower Michigan | I also would recommend you look on ebay, I am a DELL "Optiplex" tower buyer. I say tower because DELL makes several sizes of units. The tower is a larger in size so its easier to work on and has more "cable ports". The optiplex series is made for business, and because business often leases computers you see lots of used ones on ebay.
I am currently using the Optiplex 7070 series, I think most all capable of Windows 11, but ask the seller to be sure.
The better deals are there for us who can download and install Windows. But a lot of sellers have Windows 10 or 11 installed.
For now Im staying on Windows 10, but I can upgrade to Windows 11 anytime.
