You never fail to disappoint.
1. Who in heavens name pays cash for land nowadays? Very few.
2. Who in heavens name has 3 years of storage unless they farm 150 acres? Noone.
3. Who has the equity/cash flow/banker to hold 3 years of grain and service their obligations? Noone.
4. Who says it's going to rally a significant amount in 3 years? It's went down the last 3 years.
