Don't rule out flat storage. If you are going to haul it to town in February anyway, 100k flat storage can be filled with equipment the other 9 months of the year. Yeah digging it out isn't ideal but neither is a payment on a 125k bin. Set it up with a couple center drains, and unloading would be bearable.

Last in (dryest) , first out.

Five foot concrete footer on an 80ft building will hold a chunk of corn. 80x150x4ft at standard moisture=100k bu.


Lastly, its the perfect way a younger operator such as yourself can utilize their ambition. hehe.
