| I like to customize my phone and hate the boxes that Apple sets you into.
Also I'm left with a VERY bad taste from my IPad that became a brick from Apple's planned obsolescence updates.
I've been using Note 9's since their release 7 years ago and have been happy enough.
If I upgraded more or didn't want to customize things as I do I might be more interested in Apple.
I just don't like being boxed in by my phone.
