IN | Which birds are you looking to call? Also some decoys of the birds would be helpful in attracting them to the spots you want them to land which is where you will be stationed for shooting. A call with a few decoys maybe some with rotating wings that look like they are landing should get their attention. As far as calls go top of the line Fox Pro type calls arent necessary but I wouldnt go get a cheap junk handheld either. I have a Primos one that has a remote and you set the call up about 30 yards away and can pause and switch calls. Just be sure the call you look at has the option to add game calls if it does have the ones you want preloaded.
