I would probably call them and hopefully get hold of someone experienced. Them selling springs they should have someone who knows what they are doing.

You can weigh the door in the down position with bathroom scales but have to release spring tension. That along with door height and width will give them exactly what they need to know to size the springs.

Edit: also if it is a low clearance or standard track and if horizontal or follow roof angle track.
