You need to put the pencil to it. I'd be thinking about two tanks, with conveyor across the top. So need about 10' shorter bin to accommodate conveyor dead box and maintain 45 degree on pipe. Bigger diameter and taller puts you further away so your spout gets flatter. Not knowing elevator height?
