Scranton | They went from $2/ticket to $5 six months ago. If you've paid attention you have watched Powerball ($2) rise to half a billion once for a win then again to a billion. Meanwhile, Mega had a struggle getting over $100 million in a few months ONCE. Now it has still only climbed to $300 million. I would guess they go back to $2 soon.
For me, $2 is the cost of a candy bar for a few days of daydreams. $5 is too much. Haven't bought a single one since the hike. | |
