SW OH | First thing to do is hire an accountant/lawyer. Then set up a chain of dummy corporations to claim the winnings.
I would spend the bulk of the money on farm land. Either farm it, or rent it to someone else to farm. The income would pay for the property tax and then some. Then I would pay off any debts of immediate family and friends. Then some for charities. Building my dream house and shop would be in there somewhere. Maybe take a vacation somewhere.
