Sibley County, MN | Currently using an Ag Leader InCommand 1200 system in a tractor with RTK steering for planting, spraying, strip-tilling, etc. I have recently acquired a no-till drill for seeding cover crops. I understand I would need an application rate module and an implement switch to map seeding coverage on my screen. The no-till drill is ground driven, so I am not looking to drive the meters or anything else. I do not have an application rate module, but have some other spare modules, including granular strip till, seed tube monitor module, clutch control module, hydraulic seed control and a stepper seed control module.
My question is, is there a way to use any of the modules I have, with an implement switch, to simply log seeding coverage?
Or would the system not even log coverage because it is not actually controlling anything?
Just trying to make use of modules I already have if possible. | |
