Any users who have switched from Android to iOS who have been happy or unhappy?
So I've been a loyal Android user since almost the very beginning, 2010. Mostly because US Cellular only offered the Samsung Galaxy, and iPhone was AT&T only, which was poor signal in this area at the time.
The Galaxy always had less then desirable software, but custom ROMs like CyanogenMod made it much less bloated and super user friendly and customizable. My S5 lasted several years. I've used the pixel since which has awesome software, but the hardware is junk. Decided to give the Samsung Galaxy S24 another try and I HATE this thing! The OneUI is annoying as heck.
Every version of Android appears to be becoming more like iOS and the incentives to keep using Android are becoming less. Is it time to iCave (give in) and get an iPhone?
Following on my last post (had an epiphany) you can buy a VERY recent iPhone refurbished by Apple itself, it comes with a full warranty (same as new) and you'll save
about $200. Go on Apple website scroll down to iPhone refurbished and Bob's your uncle! |
