Our two small towns are growing again. We have a lot of thriving small to midsize manufactures in my area. The few old farmsteads that were burned, buried, and farmed over by the neighbor who bought the land to expand their farming operations are being replaced by multiple "rural residences."
Be careful what you wish for....
