N.E. MT | Be less feeding than what he’s already doing, cows are bred for mid April, May calving. Low labor input, 4 loads of feed a day. Might need some help branding and preg checking otherwise I have no doubts or reservations.
He didn’t plant much corn but gave the planter operator the how to lesson and seeded cereals and pulses on a few thousand acres, rolled every acre we rolled and will have baled /hauled enough hay and will haul enough silage off the field when we chop to more than handle those cows requirements. He’s quite a little man, has his school done before I’m out of bed darn near every morning.
