SE SD | It’s funny that people think China is some evil empire. They do some bad stuff but no worse than some things our government does. Are they communist ya. Do they want to be a world power ya. Have they started any wars in the last century? They are experiencing their “great recession” right now and it probably won’t get better because of their demographics situation and zero immigration. They are burning huge amounts of cash to keep their economy growing at 5%. Their youth unemployment is terrible. Their domestic consumption can’t keep up so they are relying on industrial exports.
It’s not bullish in terms of ag’s. Now throw in AI. It’s either a bubble or it’s going to cause even more deflation from increased efficiency and job losses. I am concerned about the global economy in the next decade. | |
