30,000 acre farms are funded by the cartels. Wow, just wow.
Regarding govt payouts:
1. The well heeled will become more well-heeled.
2. It may/may not give the leveraged guy 1 more year.
3. If you despise the pmts so bad, save enuff out of them to pay the income tax and give the rest away.
