In order for reshoring to happen, you need an actual plan. Everything that Trump does is vaporware. "Blah, blah, blah committed to investing XXXX dollars and yay, it's marvelous. Some of which, had already been agreed to under the Biden administration. 

There is no actual plan, or actual assurances anything will happen, or that any of the invested money will produce a single new job, it might all be robots. If Tariff's were going to work(Biden left them on, remember) then they should have already worked. But they didn't, and they won't, because they, quite literally, never have.
