SE Nebraska		265 gallons tote set at top of canal bank with some valving to send water backwards down pipe to your pump? This is what we do on a creek pump.

Otherwise some pictures of your current setup might help. I’m having trouble visualizing what your setup is. I imagine others might be as well.
