Michigan | I’m running a 60’ sprayer with a Trimble cfx 750 and Field IQ autoswath. I have two issues:
1) See pics—Sometimes it leaves a skip at the end of a pass when turning. This seems random, it’s not happening every time I turn. It also doesn’t seem to be the full width of the boom every time it happens. Some fields it never happens at all, but I had one 16 acre field that had a half dozen of these skips. Is there some setting that I can adjust to help with this? It’s hard because it doesn’t happen all the time.
2). I’ve been going around the outside of fields twice when I start spraying. I drive this manually. Then I set my a line, turn autoswath on and fill in the rest. Since I drive the headlands manually sometimes there is a small skip between the two outside passes. When I turn, autoswath seems to be turning my booms back on trying to fill in this skip. Any way to make it less sensitive?
